Hello GDPAA dancers!

Open Auditions for the 2019-2020 GD&PAA Performance Companies will be held Wednesday, June 19th in Studio A.  

Please see the notices and information for times and details listed below. There is a $15 audition class fee, this fee covers the dancer for any levels auditioned for. Dancers please have your Bio Form filled out when you arrive. A copy of the judges form is attached for your information only.

If you, or your dancer cannot attend auditions Thursday, you may still send an email of interest. Special classes may be held over the summer or late August to accommodate dancers interested in auditions who cannot make the June 19th date. These classes will also have a $15 class fee.

Our evening will run as follows: Dancers will do a short lyrical/barre warm-up, followed by a few jazz combinations across the floor and then a short jazz presentation combo in the center.

Just a note, while auditions are open to all dancers ages 8 years old and up. Companies are picked with several factors: aptitude and ability of technique at the present, potential ability, presentation skills and dance experience, not just chronological age.
